The 2009 NCAA Cross Country Championships were held today at Indiana State University.
Oklahoma State won the Men's Team 10,000 meter competition with a finish time of 2:30:21 and Sam Chelanga from Liberty University finished in 28:41.3 and won the men's individual 10,000 meter race.The women's team winner was Villanova University in the 6,000 meter race in 1:42:00, and Angela Bizzarri from Illinois University won the women's individual competition in 19:46.8. The top three finishing results are shown below:
