Marvin Sapp He Saw the Best in Me






Last night, the special guest in the ceremony “Celebration of Gospel 2010,” Marvin Sapp sang “He Saw the Best in Me,” a famous Gospel song in the luxuriant event. It has been reported that plenty of media officials were there for reporting the biggest event. Audience was amused with the performance of this marvelous song and it was the highlight of the Celebration of Gospel show. Many people have been searching that what is “He Saw the Best in Me,” and they are also looking for Marvin Sapp.
Marvin Sapp is an American psychologist and also a professor who was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, United States of America in 1968. He married Malinda Sapp and the couple has three children Maidsson, Mikalia and Marvin II. He commenced singing when he was just 4 years old, he began his career by singing in a church. Gospel singer Marvin Sapp is really a unique singer; just think how difficult it is for a person to carry on three jobs at a time. Marvin Sapp is not only a singer but he is also a professor and psychologist.
He is the founder of the “Lighthouse Full Life Center Church,” Marvin Sapp is also a senior pastor of “Lighthouse Full Life Center Church,” this church is located in the same area Grand Rapids, Michigan, where Marvin Sapp was born. He devoted the teenage years to singing with different Gospel groups, later Fred Hammond who is also a famous Gospel singer, invited Marvin Sapp to join Commissioned. During 1990, Marvin Sapp performed with the group and he also appeared in two albums of the group “Matters of the Heart” and “Number 7.”


In 1995, Marvin Sapp started his professional career of Gospel solo singing. Marvin Sapp recorded seven albums as the solo Gospel singer. His ever best selling album is “Thirsty.” The song “Never Would Have Made It,” which was released in his album “Thirsty” made him the most popular solo Gospel singer of the time. On the Billboard Hip Hop/R&B songs, “Never Would Have Made It” was on the 14th number, RIAA named it Gold because of a huge sale of more than 500,000 copies. Marvin Sapp was the winner of every gospel Stellar Award during 2009. It has been expected that his album “Thirsty” entitled “Here I Am” will be released in March 2010.
